Social Media Producer (short-form content)

We are looking for a Social Media Producer with a strong focus on short-form content to lead the ideation, execution and editing of gaming focused videos. This role will be creating engaging, high-performing short-form videos that grow our audience and increase engagement across YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Your Mission is to

Produce short-form gaming content for Lachlan’s channels from concept to producing to editing
Strategically create content that supports Lachlan’s brand goals
Drive views and engagement across Lachlan’s YouTube, TikTok and Instagram channels
Edit and optimise content to fit platform-specific trends, pacing and audience preferences
Use insights from content performance and short-form psychology to refine strategies

About You

Strong understanding of short-form content trends, pacing and viewer psychology
Experience in short-form content creation and editing across YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels
Ability to generate and execute engaging and high-quality video ideas
Strong understanding of gaming and Fortnite
Proactive, adaptable and passionate about digital content and audience growth
Ideally, Melbourne based
