Do you love creating magic through the visual medium? Are you a passionate storyteller who has experience in producing gaming content? Then this is a place for you. We are looking for a skilled producer who will be responsible for producing high-quality gaming content for Lachlan and/or PWR YouTube channels, overseeing all aspects of video production, and managing a team of editors. Your role will be essential in creating high quality visual experiences so it is crucial that you have a great eye for detail, passion for storytelling and a strong sense of good aesthetics to engage our community.

Your Mission is to

Lead the production of high-quality gaming content for our YouTube channels (both long and short form)
Oversee all aspects of video production, including pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production
Manage a team of editors, including scheduling, mentoring, and providing feedback on their work
Collaborate with Lachlan to ensure that all content aligns with the channel's overall creative vision
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video production and gaming to ensure that the channel's content is cutting-edge and engaging
Expand the team in accordance with our creative strategy

Requirements

Proven experience as a video producer, with a strong portfolio of work in the gaming or entertainment industry
Passion for gaming and an understanding of the gaming industry, especially Fortnite
Able to convey the narrative in a way suitable for gaming audiences
Experienced with project management tools (eg Monday, Discord Etc)
Strong awareness of content performance metrics that count and how to create content with them in mind
Strong understanding of video production and post-production processes, including lighting, sound, and editing
Experience leading and managing a team of editors
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
