Your Mission is to

Develop innovative and on-trend apparel and product designs that capture the spirit of gaming, esports and content creation
Create unique graphics, patterns, and artwork that resonate not only with our core audience but also with those who appreciate high quality designs
Propose new products, develop collections and manage PWR Supply product releases throughout the year
Choose appropriate materials, fabrics, and textiles for each piece of apparel, considering both aesthetics and functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand identity and integrate with our plans and strategies
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging fashion and gaming influences
Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to bring your designs to life
Oversee the prototyping, sampling and manufacturing process, and make necessary adjustments for quality and aesthetics
Monitor production timelines, quality control and cost-effectiveness throughout the manufacturing process
Assist in the development of marketing materials and social media strategies to enhance the promotion of PWR Supply products

A deep love for video games and esports, with an understanding of their unique aesthetics and culture
A flair for creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually stunning product designs
Excellent communication skills, ability to receive and act upon feedback and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
An ability to envision the future of gaming apparel, and transform it into an art form
A keen awareness of the competitive gaming and fashion market, and ability to spot opportunities for unique and marketable designs
Determination to infuse the designs with compelling narratives, creating not just apparel but experiences
A capacity to inspire and lead a team of designers and artists, fostering a creative, healthy and productive work environment
An unparalleled enthusiasm and energy for all things fashion
Supreme autonomy, and ability to self-manage tasks, schedules and priorities

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in apparel, fashion or design
Proficiency in design software (eg. Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes
Experience in collaborative and high-feedback areas or fields
Proven experience in creative workflows including brainstorming and ideation, design, execution, production and promotion
Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail
Up-to-date with industry trends and a passion for gaming/esports
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and previous work
